Mr. Rhoden joined Ameredev after serving as the principal of Arête Resources, where he generated prospects across multiple U.S. basins. Prior to that, he served as a senior geologist at Texas American Resource Co. While at Texas American, he was responsible for exploration and development geology for the company's Texas operations. He began his career with LLOG Exploration Co., where he was responsible for prospect evaluations and development drilling programs across the Gulf of Mexico shelf.

Mr. Rhoden graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Houston Geological Society.
