Closes on the sale of southern Delaware Basin assets to Callon Petroleum for $633 million.

March 2017

Announces the formation of Ameredev II, LLC with a $400 million equity commitment from EnCap Investments L.P. and management.

Focused on the acquisition and development of a resource development project in the northern Delaware Basin.

December 2020

Acquires substantially all of the oil and gas properties of Lilis Energy Inc. through a court-ordered bankruptcy process.

December 2021

Ameredev enters into a Management Services Agreement with EnCap Investments L.P. to assume management of Advance Energy Partners resulting in Ameredev having responsibility for entities totaling over 50,000 net acres and 60,000 Boepd in the northern Delaware Basin.

April 2023

Announces the closing of the sale of Advance Energy Partners to Matador Resources Company for $1.6 billion.
