President and Chief Executive Officer
Parker Reese serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Ameredev. He leads a team of technical and financial professionals responsible for $24 billion of mergers and acquisitions and $2.2 billion of exploration and development capital investment including the $633 million sale of Ameredev’s Core Southern Delaware Basin assets to Callon Petroleum Company. Prior to his current position, he served as a reservoir engineer for Three Rivers Operating Company and Cimarex Energy Co. He began his career as an engineer with ConocoPhillips. He serves on the Industry Board of the Harold Vance Department of Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M University.
Mr. Reese graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Chief Operating Officer
Floyd Hammond serves as Chief Operating Officer for Ameredev. Prior to his current position, he served as the lead midstream engineer for Cimarex Energy Co where he was responsible for planning and development of infrastructure to support exploration and development projects across the company. Prior to that, he held roles in reservoir, production and drilling engineering at Cimarex across the Permian Basin, Anadarko Basin and Gulf Coast.
Mr. Hammond graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Oklahoma, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Chief Financial Officer
Ron Zboril serves as Chief Financial Officer for Ameredev and has over a decade of corporate finance and advisory experience. Prior to joining Ameredev, he was a Vice President within J.P. Morgan's Oil & Gas Investment Banking team. While at J.P. Morgan, Ron's coverage efforts were focused upon a variety of public and private upstream and oil services clients and his transaction experience included a range of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets executions and strategic advisory assignments. Previous experience also includes several years working on a fixed income trading desk for Sage Advisory Services, an institutional fixed income money manager with over $10 billion in assets under management.
Mr. Zboril earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University with degrees in Finance, Management and Entrepreneurship and was a captain of Baylor's Baseball team. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
Vice President Geology
Eric Rhoden serves as the Vice President of Geology for Ameredev. Before joining Ameredev, he was the principal of Arête Resources where he generated prospects across multiple U.S. basins. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Geologist at Texas American Resource Company. While at Texas American he was responsible for exploration and development geology for their Texas operations. He began his career with LLOG Exploration Company where he was responsible for prospect evaluations and development drilling programs across the Gulf of Mexico shelf.
Mr. Rhoden graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Geology. He is a member of American Association of Petroleum Geologist and the Houston Geological Society.
Vice President Land
Noah Bramble serves as Vice President of Land for Ameredev. Prior to his current position, he was a Senior Landman on the business development team at Concho Resources where he was responsible for managing diligence processes and other aspects of acquisitions and divestitures in the Permian Basin. Prior to that, Noah was a part of Saga Petroleum, where he was responsible for maintaining land and accounting records for their Northern Division. Noah began his career as a Landman at Laramie & Associates.
Mr. Bramble graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen.
